Bestellen vanuit het buitenland

Voor bestellingen vanuit het buitenland kun je contact opnemen met onze klantenservice via (070) 378 98 80 of via ons contactformulier.

BTW

Bestel je via de klantenservice vanuit het buitenland, dan brengen wij geen BTW in rekening. Daarvoor hebben we wél jouw BTW-nummer nodig, vergeet deze dus niet door te geven bij je bestelling. 

Verzendkosten

Indien je bestelling naar het buitenland verzonden dient te worden, brengt Sdu de verzendkosten in rekening.

Proforma factuur

Als je artikelen bestelt met een factuuradres in het buitenland, ontvang je een proforma factuur. Pas wanneer je deze proforma factuur betaalt, ontvang je de bestelling. Als wij na drie maanden geen betaling hebben ontvangen, vervalt de bestelling.

VAT

If you order through our customer service, please don’t forget to provide your VAT number. When you are situated outside The Netherlands, no VAT will be charged.

Shipping costs

Free shipping does not apply for shipping outside the Netherlands. Shipping costs will be charged on your invoice. 

Pro forma invoice

If you order items with a billing address outside the Netherlands, you will receive a pro forma invoice. After receiving your payment we will process your order. If we do not receive payment after three months, the order will expire.
